5. Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA “(“Google”). On our behalf, Google collects certain user and usage information in order to evaluate the use of the website (e.g. frequency of page views, entry and exit pages, click paths, time spent on individual pages, etc.). This is done to evaluate the use of the website, to generate reports about the website activities and to provide further internet services which are connected with the use of our website, for market research purposes and for the demand-oriented design of our internet pages.

We use the retargeting tool AdRoll of AdRoll, Inc., 972 Mission St, 3rd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA (“AdRoll”) on our website.
The processing of your data in connection with DoubleClick is based on your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time e.g. by preventing the DoubleClick cookie from being saved as explained below. In our website, we have embedded videos, which are technically stored on a server operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, (“YouTube”), a subsidiary of Google. Any personal data processed in connection with viewing these YouTube-videos takes place by YouTube, not by us.
The YouTube-videos are embedded with the “extended privacy mode”, which means that no data about you will be transmitted to YouTube if and as long as you do not play the video. Only when you do start the videos, personal data will be collected by/transferred to YouTube. We have no influence on this data transmission.
By watching a video, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the subpage of our website where the video is embedded. This is independent of whether or not you are logged in with your possibly existing YouTube/Google account credentials. If you are logged however, your information will be directly associated with your account.
